Development Studio led this ground up project from land selection to final design, securing an ideal parcel in one of Joshua Tree’s most desirable locations.

The vision: a timeless desert capsule- futuristic yet softened with feminine elegance. Sleek, curved forms meet graceful arches and slender vertical windows, positioned to frame sweeping desert views while blending into the landscape.

Key elements include minimalist lines, natural stone and clay finishes, and large pocket windows that connect the interior seamlessly with the surrounding nature- creating a serene, artistic retreat that feels both modern and deeply rooted in its place.

These renderings capture the conceptual design for a quiet, sculptural home in harmony with the desert.
