Full Home Renovation & Interior Design

This charming 1920s Spanish Revival home was a complete renovation turned into a timeless beauty. Being vacant for years, the hillside property had foundation issues, a crumbling roof, and exterior cracks causing water damage. In just six months, our team executed a complete, ground-up renovation that respected the home's historic character while infusing modern functionality and luxury. We rebuilt the foundation for lasting stability, installed a new roof, meticulously repaired interior and exterior walls, and fully updated electrical and plumbing systems throughout.

Under old carpet and cracked Saltillo tiles, we found rift and quarter red oak floors, which we restored to a rich walnut finish. We preserved the arched doorways and built-in sconces, original fireplace and maintained the overall home layout, while elevating the Spanish aesthetic with thoughtful and period-appropriate refinements.

Our bespoke interior design features antique sourced lighting fixtures, collaboration with a local artisan for a custom stained-glass window in the guest bath, imported green Zellige tile in the primary bath, and Spanish travertine flooring with a custom tile pattern in the kitchen. The exterior landscaping draws from Italian influences, with thoughtfully chosen companion plants and blooms that create a serene, Mediterranean-inspired hillside retreat.

We’re thrilled with how this restoration turned out, blending timeless history with modern comfort and functionality.
